Doyle Security Systems Grows Rochester Presence with Latest Merger
The longtime security provider to merge with Hilton-Based ADG Security
ROCHESTER, NY - Doyle Security Systems, Inc., a regional provider of residential and commercial security, fire and medical monitoring systems has announced a merger with ADG Security, a privately held company located in Hilton, NY. The merger will result in 1,800 new customers to be monitored by Doyle’s emergency response center located in Henrietta, NY. Four ADG Security employees will join Doyle Security at their headquarters in various roles, including ADG Security’s owner, Alan DesGrange.
Speaking in reference to the merger, Doyle Security President and Chief Executive Officer, John G. Doyle Jr., said, “We are thrilled to have Alan and his team join forces with us.
