At Doyle Security Systems, we are very proud to be in each of the communities we serve. With New York offices in Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse and Albany, as well as an office in Erie, Pennsylvania, we have the opportunity to interact with some of the best communities in the Northeastern US. While each of our five offices is dedicated to providing the best customer service and passionate about protecting our customers, every branch has a unique cast of characters and perspective on security. With our Doyle Branch Spotlight series, we’ll give you a direct look into each of our branches, their employees and what makes them tick.
Doyle Branch Spotlight Volume 1: An Introduction to Buffalo
Doyle Security Systems opened the doors to our Buffalo office in 1969. Since then, we’ve been providing Buffalo with the best home and commercial security systems, as well as a locksmith services. The office is located at 81 Benbro Drive, just a few blocks from the Galleria Mall and is a second home to 11 employees.
Doyle Buffalo is led by their fearless leader, General Manager Jeremy Daumen, who has been with the company for seven years. Describing the Buffalo branch, Jeremy says, “Our office has a unique dynamic that merges very different personality traits into one well-oiled machine. The atmosphere promotes an environment that is inviting and enjoyable, yet rewards hard work and shared successes.” One of the office’s greatest strengths is the tenure of its employees. Office Manager Sandy Perkins recently celebrated her 40th year with Doyle, while Operations Manager Glen Simmons has proudly served the Doyle Buffalo branch for 26 years.
Another thing that makes the Buffalo branch so special is our employees’ enthusiasm about the city they live in. Both Sandy and Glen say they love the changes being made downtown and enjoy the water front. Jeremy loves attending Bills and Sabres games, as well as taking walks in Delaware Park with his wife, son and dog. Not only do the Buffalo employees love experiencing the city, but they also love to give back. Sandy has raised over $13,000 for the Roswell Park Cancer Hospital through their “Ride for Roswell” bike fundraiser.
Through their hard work, cohesiveness as a team and commitment to the city, Doyle Buffalo is an extremely valuable asset to Doyle Security Systems. As Sandy puts it, the Buffalo branch not only “talks the talk, but walks the walk!”
