When a customer books a reservation, they receive a confirmation with an access code which becomes active 15 minutes before the scheduled reservation and allows golfers to access the facility without Kurt or an employee present.
The system also gives Kurt the ability to manage access remotely. If a golfer forgets their access information or a vendor needs to enter the facility, he can unlock the door remotely in seconds.
For Kurt, having remote access control means he can manage the facility even when he isn't there.
