Welcome to the Doyle Security Family, Master Alarm Customers

As of September, 2019, Master Alarm has merged with Doyle Security Systems.  We are excited and honored to be of service to you and to carry on the tradition of great service you have received from Master Alarm.  Below are some answers to questions you may have about this transition.  We've set up a special merger support team to help answer any questions you may have.  If you need to speak with us at any time, please call us at 833-461-6590 or fill in the form below.

 

Is my account still being monitored?

Yes, unless otherwise stated. A representative from Doyle Security will contacting you to confirm your account with them, or you can proactively reach out by calling 833-461-6590. Doyle Security operates its own U.L. Five Diamond Certified Emergency Response Center based out of Henrietta, NY and will gradually migrate services from Master Alarm's central station to ours if you intend to keep your service. For a list of Doyle's standard monitoring policies, download the welcome kit at the link below.  If you wish to make any adjustments to our standard policies, please let us know and we can customize your monitoring service.

 

Is my rate going to go up?

We are happy to say that we will be honoring all existing monitoring and service rates.

 

Where is Doyle's Office?

Our headquarters is located in Rochester, NY but we also maintain offices in all seven of our service areas.  

 

Can I still reach the Master Alarm Staff?

Yes!  You can reach Ron Weiss of Master Alarm directly at 518-918-1180 to ask any follow-up questions.

 

Will I be getting new signs and stickers?

Master Alarm and Doyle will be gradually merging identities, but our intention is to get all customers new signs and stickers as soon as possible.  If you would like to request new Doyle Security signs and stickers immediately, you may do so by visiting our sign and decal request form.
