Doyle Security Systems Honored with Champion of Hope Award at 2015 Celebrate Hope Gala

On Saturday, May 9, 2015, Doyle Security Systems was humbly honored with the Champion of Hope Award by the American Cancer Society at their annual Celebrate Hope Gala. Each year, the gala is held to recognize advancements in cancer research and to raise awareness about ways to help the cause, with all proceeds benefitting the B. Thomas Golisano Hope Lodge Hospitality House in Rochester.

Doyle Security Systems received the recognition for their donation of security and life safety devices installed in the Hope Lodge Hospitality House, as well as the involvement of many employees with American Cancer Society.

The B. Thomas Golisano Hope Lodge Hospitality House provides free lodging to cancer patients and their families or caregivers who have traveled to Rochester for treatment. Located on Goodman Street in Rochester, the house has 30 guest rooms, common kitchen, dining and lounge areas, a fitness room, a library and a beautiful outdoor terrace. Since its opening in 2010, over 11,300 patients and caregivers have been provided free lodging, resulting in over $2.9 million in saved expenses.
