Q: What is your favorite home automation feature?
A: Being able to remotely lock and unlock doors and view live video feeds of my home when I'm away.
Q: On a scale of 1-10 (10 being extremely easy), how difficult is it to learn how to use the technology?
A: 8/10 Some of the customizable settings can get a little tricky but everyday operation is simple.
Q: Do you feel more in-control having home automation features from Doyle Security?
A: Absolutely – I can watch the children playing in the back yard if I want to, permit remote access of a friend dropping something off, turn on lights remotely when I'm out, even change the temperature of my home.
Q: Would you recommend this to others? If so, why?
A: I totally would – it brings me closer to home when I'm traveling, provides me with a huge sense of security knowing that the house and my family are safe. I know immediately whether there is a flood, fire or carbon monoxide issues as I get instant updates texted to me.
Q: When you were considering adding home automation features, what were a few questions you had about the product?
A: Was it reliable and easy for someone who is less tech savvy than me to be able to use. After using the product, I can safely say that the product is very easy to use and extremely reliable.
