As of April 1, 2026, Complete Security has merged operations with Doyle Security Systems. This transition ensures continued high-quality service, expanded resources, and long-term support for your security needs. We are excited and honored to serve you and to carry on the tradition of great service you have received from Complete Security.

Do I need to do anything right now?

No. There is no action required at this time. Your service will continue without interruption. 

Is anything going to change with my alarm monitoring protocols or procedures?

No. Your monitoring and service will continue as normal without any disruption. Doyle Security Systems is the parent company of Unicom Protection which has already been providing central station monitoring for Complete Security customers. Doyle Security's Emergency Response Center in Rochester, NY operates 24/7/365 and all calls are handled by highly-trained Doyle employees. 

For the time being, any phone numbers you use to contact the monitoring center, test your alarm, etc. will remain the same.  We will notify you if anything changes in this regard.

Doyle’s alarm handling protocols are based on industry best practices. These procedures can be found in the welcome booklet linked below. If after reviewing these procedures, you would like to request a change, you may do so by emailing DataEntry@GoDoyle.com.  

Where is Doyle's office?

Doyle Security has a local office in Cheektowaga supporting customers throughout the Buffalo region. In addition to our Buffalo location, we have offices in Albany, Syracuse, Rochester, Dunkirk, Watertown, Fishkill and Catskill, New York as well as Erie, Pennsylvania. 

Can I still reach the Complete Security staff?

Yes! Mike Iannello has joined the Doyle team, and his contact info remains unchanged. You may also contact Doyle Security Systems directly. Updated contact information will be provided in your welcome materials.

Will my pricing change?

There are no immediate changes to your agreement. If anything changes in the future, you will be notified in advance.
