We’re happy to assist you with the transition to the new MVS Pro+ app. Below are a few frequently asked questions to help you troubleshoot during the process. If you have additional questions or concerns, please fill out the form below.

What if I don't remember my username or password?

  • Try the “forgot password" option on the login screen. If your account is linked, a reset link will be sent to the email on file.
  • If that doesn’t work and you can’t remember your username or email, you can recreate your device connection in the app:
    • Delete the old device profile (if accessible).
    • Re-add NVR by scanning the QR code or entering the device details manually.

The app is asking for a device name—what is this?

  • The device name is simply a label you choose to help identify the device. It doesn’t need to be pre-set; you can create one when connecting. Examples include:
    • My NVR
    • Front Office
    • Store Camera System
