Accounting/Administration: FULL TIME
Reporting to the Corporate Controller this position is responsible for all Payroll and Accounts Receivable activities by following established procedures and providing accurate accounting for all customer accounts. In addition, provide excellent customer service and support Doyle Security Systems, Inc.’s mission, vision, and values.
Performs duties for all aspects of Payroll and Accounts Receivable and insure accuracy of customer accounts and accounting systems. Interact with customers to provide account details, answer inquiries, resolve issues, obtain payment and insure accurate accounting.
Associate degree; or equivalent plus a minimum of six months experience in an accounting position is needed. Accounts Receivable experience is preferred. Excellent working knowledge of computer software business applications, Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint is required. Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers is needed. Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills to provide internal and external customer service in a professional manner at all times is essential. Experience with Paychex Flex Payroll a plus.
