Position Title: Branch Administrative Assistant
Reports to: Branch General Manager
Status: Full time, non-exempt
Reporting to the General Manager, this position is responsible for all branch office administrative aspects by providing excellent customer service and supporting Doyle Security Systems, Inc.’s mission, vision, and values.
Other job duties:
Minimum of 5 years in an administrative support role.
Knowledge and experience in office administrative procedures,
Experience in computer software business applications; Microsoft word, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills.
Analytical ability to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work required.
Attention to detail in preparation of sales orders, billing, inventory, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
