Doyle Security Acquires Alarm Accounts from Wolfe Security

On Thursday, June 7 Doyle Security officially acquired the alarm accounts of Wolfe Security in Albany. The 700 monitored accounts represent the fourth acquisition for Doyle in the Albany market since 2012, making it our third largest branch, behind Rochester and Buffalo. The acquired accounts are 70% commercial and 30% residential.

Doyle Security Systems, a full service provider based here, on June 7 acquired the alarm accounts of Albany, N.Y.-based Wolfe Safe & Lock Co., also known as Wolfe Security.

Wolfe Security, also known as Wolfe Safe and Lock, has been operating in Albany since 1933. “We are very excited about getting together with Wolfe Security. Since 1933, they have built a great company by providing excellent service and building strong relationships with their customers.” says Doyle Security President and CEO John G. Doyle Jr. “Our two companies have so much in common and we are well positioned to build on their strong legacy of quality.”  Wolfe will remain open as a safe and lock shop.

Doyle, a family-owned and operated security provider, purchased the alarm accounts from Wolfe Safe & Lock Co., to expand its footprint in New York's Capital District. ALBANY, N.Y. - Doyle Security Systems, a regional provider of residential and commercial security, fire and medical monitoring systems, has purchased the alarm accounts from Wolfe Safe & Lock Co., also known as Wolfe Security.
