Our “two-way” Harmony system puts your patients directly in touch with our professional Emergency Response Center staff with the single push of a button. When the patient presses the button, the console automatically connects him or her to a trained responder, who will then contact emergency services or parties on the patient’s personal notification list. In addition, the patient may answer any incoming call using the console or the transmitter. The Harmony plan offers complete security for your patient’s life.
