     Doyle Security Systems launched a formal customer service program in 2007, named by employees, Promise & Deliver!  The principles of  Promise & Deliver! are in theory really quite simple.  It involves making a commitment or pledge and following through to completion.  It involves meeting and exceeding a customers' needs and expectations.  It has elevated the level of customer service provided significantly as is evident by customer comments and surveys.  It has become deeply embedded in our company culture and everyday life.  The spirit of Promise & Deliver! is all encompassing as it includes not only how our employees treat customers, but treat vendors, subcontractors, members of the community and their own coworkers and peers as well.  It is a program that has been extremely successful and we are extremely proud of.  If you have experienced a Doyle employee “Promising & Delivering,” please tell us about it.  Click on the link below to share your story.
